  1. Just go to the page that has the video.
  2. Right click anywhere on the page.
  3. click on “view page info”
  4. Click on “Media”
  5. Inside the scroll down box, find and select the swf file you want.
  6. Click on “save as”. then select type of the file mp4 …..
